We also can produce various Silicon nitride ceramic products.We use Gas pressure sintered technology.We call it GPSSN.GPSSN is sintered by high temperature after iso-pressing of silicon nitride powder with additives.

The nitrogen pressure (<*0 Mpa) during sintering will stop the dissociation of silicon nitride and guarantee the full sintering at high temperature that make the highest density and lowest porosity.

 
 

The features of silicon nitride riser tube are the same with Aluminium titanate,but the density and strength of silicon nitride are higher,so the service life is ****0 times longer than other ceramic riser tube that the replacement is greatly reduced.
