TMG Series Woodworking CNC Router

 

Applications:

This multi-spindle CNC router is designed for woodworking engraving, hole drilling, edge trimming, cutting, wave board and artificial door processing, paint-free door making, etc.

 

Features:

1. Industrial gantry-moving type router machine and heavy-duty steel structure. Temper aging treated, great weight-bearing performance.

2. DSP controller enables easy and fast operation of the machine, so that you do Not need to control the machine by PC. Automatic start and stop can be achieved too.

3. The working table is subdivided into six working zones and vacuum absorption method is used to fix workpiece, so that different size plates can be processed. High quality oil-less vacuum pump is adopted.

4. High-speed stepper motor and drivers are used. Y axis is driven by two motors separately at high no-load speed of *5m/min. Working with high-power spindle can provide high engraving speed.

5. Compatible with many CAD/CAM software, such as TYTP3/ARTCAM/CASTMATE.
