 Keep the equipment far away from the vibrating source and the disturbing source.
The nitrogen source and the compressed air source should be provided by the users. The purity of the 
Nitrogen is *9.9%. The supply capacity is *0L/min. The pressure of the compressed air is 0.5Mpa. The 
pressed air must be dry and without oil.
