Description

Arenco KL*2 - is a full automatic process.
1. Continuous Dipping machine, type KL*2. It serves for inserting splints into composing bar holes, splints dipping into paraffin and  then into head composition mixture, forming and drying match head. It consists 
of composing bars section, paraffin unit, and dipping unit - 1 set.
2. Split leveling unit, type FOD. It serves for splint  leveling for further dipping - 1 set.
3. Box filler machine, type ROG 2. It serves for ejection  matches from the composing bars, oriented laying into small boxes (first  assemblage), closing inner box by outer box (secondary assemblage). It also  includes an inspection table for control - 1 set.
4. Conveyor for boxes, type KU 1. It serves for box  transportation to friction coating - 1 set.
5. Friction Coating Machine SAB 2. It serves for friction  coating of the lateral side of the box*1 set.
6. Dryer for striking surface, type SAV
2. It serves for  drying friction surfaces. Type of heating is electrical heat - 1 set.
7. Synchronization unit, type KU 7. It serves for  transportation ready match boxes to fed into Wrapping machine - 1 set.
8. Wrapping machine, type VAT. It serves for wrapping boxes  by *0 into paper - 1 set.
9. Machine for packing into corrugated cardboard cases, type VAV.  It serves for packaging tens into corrugated cardboard cartons - 1  set.
*0. Box Arranger, type KEB 5A. It serves for feeding and  direction of inner and outer boxes - 1 set.
*1. Belt conveyor, type KU 5. It serves for multiple-raw  transportation inner and outer boxes separately - 1 set.
*2. Outer Box Machine, type ABM. For outer box manufacturing  - 1 set.
*3. Inner Box Machine type JUL 2. For inner box  manufacturing - 1 set.
