Types

Blanched Hazelnut Kernels:  The hazelnuts are roasted and bleached. They are without skin, they are
                                                   used for chocolate production and bakery.
Diced Hazelnuts:  They are used for chocolate production, ice cream production and bakery
Hazelnuts in Shell:  The product is served with its shell, used as a raw material
Roasted & Salted & Cracked Hazelnuts in Shell:  The product is roasted salted with its shell after    cracking.
Hazelnut Paste:  The product is used in bakery and chocolate production
Hazelnut Meal:   The product is used in bakery and chocolate production. It can be made by natural hazelnuts or roasted hazelnuts
