We can design the production line according to your requirements. The following data is just for your reference.

1. Brief Introduction
   
    The production line has 5 system and they can deal with vegetables and fruits.
    Baby food vegetable pulp capacity: 197 ton/year
    Baby food Fruit pulp capacity: 243 ton /year
    Working Time: 300 days/year, 8h/day (including CIP cleaning time 2 hours)

2. Workers

    Each line: 4 workers. 
    Total 5 lines: 4*5=20wokers.
    Workers for peeling: 27.
    Total worker is 20+27=47 workers.

3. Flow chart:
   
    1. Banana
    Peeling by hand→ crusher→ pulper→ storage tank→ screw pump→ colloid mill→ jacketed kettle→ filling machine→ sterilizing machine→ labeling machine→ coding machine
    1. Peeling by hand
    2. Crushing banana through crusher
    3. Pulping banana which has been crushed through pulper
    4. Then banana pulps go into the storage tank
    5. Then goes into colloid mill, which makes the banana pulps more small through screw pump
    6. Heating through jacketed kettle 
    7. Filling the bottle through filling machine
    8. Then sterilization through sterilizing machine
    9. Labeling on the bottle through labeling machine
   10. Coding through coding machine
 
    2. Strawberry
    Washer→ pulper→ storage tank→ screw pump→ colloid mill→ jacketed kettle→ filling machine→ sterilizing machine→ labeling machine→ coding machine
    1. Bubble cleaning through washer
    2. Pulping strawberry through pulper
    3. Then strawberry pulps go into the storage tank
    4. Then goes into colloid mill, which makes the strawberry pulps more small through screw pump
    5. Heating through jacketed kettle 
    6. Filling the bottle through filling machine
    7. Then sterilization through sterilizing machine
    8. Labeling on the bottle through labeling machine
    9. Coding through coding machine
 
    3. Carrot
    Washer→ elevator→ brush washer→ blanching machine→ peeling machine→ crusher→ pulper→ storage tank→ screw pump→ colloid mill→ jacketed kettle→ filling machine→ sterilizing machine→ labeling machine→ coding machine
    1. Washing carrot through washer
    2. Making carrot into the brush washer through elevator
    3. Brushing carrot more clean through brush washer
    4. Blanching through blanching machine, which makes pulping easily
    5. Peeling through peeling machine
    6. Crushing carrot through crusher
    7. Pulping carrot which has been crushed through pulper
    8. Then carrot pulps go into the storage tank
    9. Then goes into colloid mill, which makes the carrot pulps more small through screw pump
   10. Heating through jacketed kettle 
   11. Filling the bottle through filling machine
   12. Then sterilization through sterilizing machine
   13. Labeling on the bottle through labeling machine
   14. Coding through coding machine

The way to storage food: The easiest way is add some Preservative to the bottle. Another complex way is use vacuum packing, the bottle without any air then it won\'t be rotten. (Reference opinion)
