~~PROCEDURES:
1. The buyer to issue LOI (Letter of Intent)
2. The Seller issues the FCO and the buyer signs and sends it back
and then Sellers
Bank can contact Buyers Bank to get financial capability.
3. The seller issues the Draft Contract, along with MT**0 text for
Buyers approval.
4. The buyer signs and returns the Draft Contract.
5. The seller issues the Final Contract.
6. The buyers Prime bank shall open via SWIFT MT**0 (Confirmation
of Funds)
to the sellers bank within 7 banking days after Final Contract is
signed.
