Sand making process
Technology characteristics: this technique is designed for sand making production line. The design production capacity is 50-500t/h. Advanced PYY single-cylinder hydraulic cone machine is used for secondary crushing. PCL vertical shaft impact crusher is used for sand sizing and making, specifically designed for production of artificial sand; it is characterized by good sizing, high sand making ratio, low operational cost and rational graduation. It has been successfully applied in crushing of a lot of raw materials, such as granite, basalt, cobbles, bauxite, cement clinker, quartz, emery, ores and iron ores, and the products meet the national standard of Sand Used in Construction. It finds application in many projects such as water conservancy, bridge engineering, high-grade highways and high-rise buildings.
Stone making production line
Technology
characteristics: this technique is designed for stone making
production line. With large crushing ratio, high productivity, high
handling capacity, uniform fineness, good sizing shape, convenient
maintenance, small losses, and long service life, it has been
successfully applied in crushing and processing of limestone,
basalt, granite and cobbles. Crushed aggregates fully meet the
national standard of Cobbles and Gravels Used in Construction, and
used in such areas as high grade highways, railways, water
conservancy and concrete mixing station.
The
equipment and installation of the whole manufacturing line are
offered by our company (Chengdu Dahongli Machinery Manufacturing
Co., Ltd). The finished products are of specifications of 0-5MM,
5-12MM and 12-30MM and mainly used for urban infrastructural
construction. The design capacity can reach 180m3/hour
if the supply of raw material is sufficient. Cone crushers are
substantially used in this manufacturing line to emphasize the
feature of more crushing and less grinding so as to reduce grinding
consumption. The shapes and specifications of finished products can
fully meet requirements of contractors.
