Textile Defoamer

Description

The defoamer is composed of a kind of special organic emulsifier, with very low surface tension and cohesion property; after dilution, the emulsion is broken persistently and slowly, a partial weak point is produced from the most densely thin film formed on the outer layer of the foam with the surface active agent, so as to eliminate the existing foam and suppress the foam reformation.   PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES 1.Excellent foam eliminating and foam suppressing properties.
2.Good heat stability.
3.No large amount of broken emulsion or oil released phenomenon will occur.
4.Good compatibility with other agents.
  BASIC CHARACTERISTIC Appearance  : White to pale yellow emulsion
pH value    : 6.5 ï½ž 7.5 (1%solution)
Ionic State  : Nonionic
Dispersability  : Disperse uniformly in water
  FIELDS OF APPLICATION Used for the foam eliminating and foam suppressing in the pretreatment, dyeing processetc.
