Application Scope

special pipe welding.
Function Structure
High frequency welding equipment is mainly used in high frequency
straight seam welded pipe production line.High frequency power
supply adopts frequency conversion structure. Rectifier
applies three-phase six pulse thyristor, IGBT dc
chopper,three-phase twelve pulse thyristor.Inverter adopts high
voltage MOSFET, which constitutes the whole bridge resonant
inverter. Inverter output applies high ferrite matching
transformer, which accomplishes the power synthesis, impedance
matching and electrical isolation.

welding contact mechanism, loop soft water cooling system, console,

Perfect structure design
1.Three-phase rectifier with high ratio of single-chip
microcomputer control realizes the precise synchronization trigger,
high control precision.
