This equipment adopts integrated design,including the tank, control system, air supply, heat source equipment.With reign sterilization,easy to use. with internal circulation system,using paddle to disperse and broke bubbles. Its efficient in dissolving oxygen and effective in mixing. This system is a kind of  biochemical reactors which is developed by Zhongde company,Shandong University and Qilu Industry University. The reaction tank can be used for high pressure sterilization as a result of making from high strength glass.

• The whole system is easy to disassemble,in order to remove the reaction tank,interior fittings,drip ring,respiratory ring, etc.
• To ease adding other accessories,such as air control valves,water pipes,etc,its attached with a very useful stainless steel support plate,
• Computer is responsible for process monitoring and data acquisition,including temperature,cylinder pressure,ventilation,PH,dissolved oxygen,speed,etc. All crucial parameters can be displayed by just clicking the button,each detailed view of parameters can be seen by clicking the button again,all displayed parameters are coherent.
• Using a reliable mechanical seal,the fermenter can be in steady operation for a long time.
