Description
The cyclepentane high pressure foaming machine as for the
eliminator of the machines ODS, used for home appliance, isolating
construction. It adopts to cyclopentane foaming and is capable to
ensure the safety due to the monitoring and alarm system, and the
recharge precision, blending efficiency etc.

1. Enclosure and gas-exhausting system for these units of polyol
/cyclopentane;
2. The flammable gas detecting and monitoring system;
3. Nitrogen gas pressurization for the container;
3. Ex type of the motors, valves and relevant electric
elements;
4. Grounding;
Leakage monitoring and control;
Nitrogen gas filling for the mixing headpouring area (mold or
cabinet space);
A long distance monitoring system is used for the production area.
