Description:
      HJ**0 is a kind of smelting-type low-Mn high-Si and mid-F flux.it appears grey glassy particles with the mesh of ****0(**0.3mm).During the course of welding,direct-current main is adopted and welding wires are connected to the positive electrode. It has the advantages in application of stable arc,fine appearance of bead and fine detachability.
Usage:
      It can be used in the welding of relevant acid-proof stainless struc-tures in conjunction with austenitic stainless welding wires (such as HOCr*1Ni*0,HOCr*0Ni1OTi,H1Cr*3,H3Cr*3,etc).It is also used in the submerge-arc build-up welding of all kinds of continuous cast rollers,hot-rolled rollers,mid-or small-sized steel rollers,corrosion-proof shafts,wheels,etc with excellent performance.
Cautions:

1.      Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding,such as oil soil,moisture,iron rust,etc.
2.The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of ******0℃ before it is used.
