Description
A GUY-LINK is a mechanical holding device for wire, strand and
rod(SAME FUNCTION AS STRANDLINK). The GUY-LINK is used primarily by
telephone and electric utilities to terminate strand or rod at the
pole top and at the anchor eye. For Suspension Strand，Guy Strand
and Static Wire is used to terminate aerial support strand
messenger, and at the top and bottom ends of down guys. All-Grades
GUY-LINK is for those *-wire strands and solid wires which are
identified by name brands, coatings, types of steel, and within
diameter ranges listed, but not *-wire strand and not Alumnoweld.
Recommended use on Galvanized zinc coated, Aluminized, and
Bethalume. Note: Can be used with all breaking strengths for
galvanized guy strand messenger.
Features:
Rated to hold a minimum of *0% of RBS strand used
Application:
1. For splicing applications with overhead or down guy
wire
2. "Universal Grade" are recommended for use with Alumoweld,
Aluminized, EHS and Galvanized Steel
3. "All Grades" are recommended for use on Common Grade, High
Strength Utility Grade, Galvanized and Aluminized steel strand
