Intelligent battery discharge monitor

Description

Intelligent battery discharge monitor is designed and dedicated for the test of discharge experiment, capacity, engineering checking and DC power onload capability. It adopts wireless communication technology, use PC to monitor and control discharge process.

It adopts PTC ceramic resistor to avoid red-heat, safe and no pollution. It is micro-processor controlling,  kind interface, small size, light weight, easy moving, auto finish constant discharge current intelligently.

• Wireless communication between wireless sampling box/discharge host/upper computer.
• Wireless can monitor for each cell battery entirely of discharge process. It adopts quarantine technology of sampling block, safe and reliable.
• Equipped PC monitoring system to monitor whoe discharge process, and analyze test data of total voltage, discharge current, and single battery voltage, and generate data report to show the curve, graph for printing and looking up.
• USB port design, send data to U memory and imported to PC. PC data management software can do the analysis of battery discharge process and generate report.
• Intelligent IC ARM controlling, kind interface, easy operation.
• Auto protection function: set discharge time, discharge volume, minimum protective voltage, load wiring problem, auto stop and alarm, record the power off type at the same time.
• Set test and discharge ending condition including single battery voltage, battery end voltage, discharge current and time.
• Short-time discharge （*0 minutes）to evaluate battery volume.
• Record test and discharge process of every cell battery, mainly for the total capacity/voltage/current and change stauts of minimum single battery voltage.
