Pre-coating film

pre-coating film processing according to different specifications

manufacturers to choose, then combined with print. Laminating,

Process:
(1) thin film
thickness between 0.*1 0.*2 mm, after dealing with the corona or
other methods, the surface tension should reach 4.0 x ***2 n/m, in
order to have good wetting and bonding
performance.

transparency is better, in order to make sure the print has covered

into contact with chemicals such as solvents, adhesives, printing
ink, thin film should have certain chemical
stability.

shrinkage cavity and pitting defects.
Pre-coating film
coated product features:
(1) through melting
type pre-coating film coated products will not appear blister and
take off the film phenomenon, a longer service life of the
product.
Type 2 by solvent
evaporation pre-coating film coated products in the printing ink
layer thick, folding, die-cutting, indentation pressure is bigger,
or in the workshop temperature higher environment, can also occur
to take off the membrane and foaming phenomenon.
(3) type solvent
volatilization pre-coating film impurities such as easy to stick
dust during production, thereby affect the effect of the surface of
