Appointment:

Filling & packaging automatic machine of linear-rotor type “TF-RPP ***0” is designed for filling and packaging of liquid and paste products in rectangular package of “Pure-Pack” type (type A, B) made of laminated cardboard with double-sided polyethylene covering in protective gas environment. 

Machine operation includes package making from a flat bar, sealing of plastic cap to the package by ultrasound (if required), accurate product dosing, hermetic package sealing and date printing. There is a possibility of “hygienic” filling in “clean environment” (product filling in closed zone in protective gas environment). Drive units allow changing executive mechanisms speed and machining capacity in a wide range.
