Appointment:

The automatic rotary machine Pastpack 4R is designed for dose filling liquid and pasty products containing soft, easy deformable additives of up to *0 mm in plastic cups with their further sealing with aluminum varnished foil and capping. 



The bigger rotor table size allows to place in one position 4 slots under the cups having *5/*5 diameter or other sizes which fit to this format. 

This automatic machinery can be an alternative to the large-dimensioned linear equipment providing analogue level of productivity. 

As an option the machine can be equipped with an additional filler to fill two-component products (for example, yoghurt, jam etc.) 

The machine can realize the hygienic process of packaging that helps to keep products features without adding the preservatives. For this purpose the sterile air, run through HEPA filter is fed into the close chamber, cups are UV treated.
