—— TYT horizontal vacuum annealing furnace is used for high-speed steel, high-alloyed tool steel, mold steel, electrical and magnetic materials, non-ferrous metal, stainless steel etc to do bright annealing, solution and age heat treatment, annealing of magnetic materials.
——TYTL vertical vacuum annealing furnace is used for high-speed steel, high-alloyed tool (mold) steel, electrical and magnetic materials, non-ferrous metal, stainless steel etc to do bright annealing, solution and age heat treatment, vacuum brazing, magnetic material sintering .
——LZT vertical vacuum annealing furnace is more suitable for thin rods or slender workpiece.
 
Technical characteristics :
 
There are two kinds of interior :one with graphite interior , the other with metal interior .
For the furnace with graphite interior , its heating element is graphite rod , heat screen is carbon felt and ceramic belt. For the furnace with metal interior , its heating element is molybdenum, heat screen is molybdenum and stainless steel.
They are suitable for the titanium alloy, soft magnetic alloys or special materials.
For the temperature control, using intelligent temperature controller , for motion control using  imported programmable controller .
