Description
TYQC serie of pressurized gas quenching vacuum furnace is a kind of
vacuum heat treatment equipment , which has Pressurizing and gas
cooling function(absolute pressure of
≤0.2MPa ).
It can be used for high speed steel, high temperature alloy die
steel, stainless steel and other materials to do vacuum air
quenching , magnetic annealing and rapid sintering and cold.
Technical characteristics:
There are two categories: one withgraphite
interior , the other with metal interior .
For general materials , the furnace with graphite interior is used,
its heating element is graphite rod , heat screen is carbon felt
and ceramic belt.
For the titanium alloy, soft magnetic alloys etc. special parts,
the furnace with metal interior is used, its heating element is
molybdenum, heat screen is molybdenum and stainless steel.
For the temperature control, intelligent temperature controller is
used , for motion control using imported programmable
controller (Japans Corporation).
