We produce Jimma Speciality coffee and process the coffee to produce washed and unwashed coffees. Each step of the chain is carefully managed to enhance the quality of the final product while protecting the environment. Ripe cherries are identified and hand-picked to avoid damage to the fruit, fermented, dried for the right number of hours appropriate to the elevation and humidity of the area.
