THE PLANT

1. Excess moisture or
The Rotary Vacuum Dryer offers clean, simple & effective method of drying, powder which is free from inflammable materials. The operation is under vacuum and hence it is possible to dry heat sensitive materials at temperatures well below **0°C without compromising the problems associated with very long drying periods.The RVD is heated by steam generated by Boiler which allows a considerable increase in heating surface, supported by Vacuum at **9.*9 mm Hg and thereby reducing the drying time. Low temperature drying under vacuum makes the operation more safe and suitable for heat sensitive materials to maintain the quality. Hence, any desired product can be made at an ideal temperature, vacuum pressure & time.

From Blender under dry air at Rh *0, material will be transferred to AC Mill by vacuum for grinding to a required particle size up to **0µ.

Rh *0Plant can also not only maintain its operations but also make regular substantial profit by undertaking job work of grinding material falling in the categories described above up to *0 mic. And during the activation process Formulation-Mix will be sterilised of the following:
 
USP *2:
Microbial Count                    : Total aerobic bacteria, Total yeasts, Total moulds, others.                  Enterobacteriaceae            : Salmonella, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staph. Aureus.     

Plant is located in BPT, Coal Depot, and Sewri (E) Mumbai *5. In a declared Industrial Zone by BMC. Hence the plant is in a permanent Industrial place.  
  1. Plant has a licensed storage capacity of ***0 litres of water which is available *4 hours. During production water is used by way of steam to activate material and then is sent to cool in a Cooling plant and recovered and recycled thus the loss is just **0 litres per work day. 
    1. The JNPT port for export and Customs for Document clearance are nearby.
     
    1. To start with new Buyer of Plant can take loan licence, on our licence, for such items for which sales for Export or Domestic markets can start immediately.
     
    1. The UNIQUENESS of the Premises housing the Plant is that it is ONE STRUCTURE ON ONE PLOT which is the chief requirement for getting WHO GMP Registration.
