Well head Equipment is an important equipment for drilling & production . Products conform to API Spec. 6A,and are granted the right to use API monogram. Wellhead equipment main include casing head, casing spool, gate valve and pressure guage, etc. Casing hangers are all installed in the casing head, casing spool.
 
Wellhead and Christmas tree is an important oil and gas exploration equipment, composed by three parts of the casing head, tubing head, oil (gas) tree used to connect casing string, tubing string and sealing layers between the casing and tubing the annular space between, and control production wellhead pressure and regulate oil (gas) wellhead flow, can also be used for acid fracturing, water injection, testing, and other special operations.
 
X-mas Features:
1. The Christmas tree refers to all the devices on the tubing head and the flange.
2. The Christmas tree could be assembled differently so as to meet the different requirements.
3. The Christmas tree could be used for oil exploration, gas exploration, water adding, compression fracture, acidification, etc.
4. The different Christmas trees are with the different pressure grades.

1) Casing Head Description:
The casing head is a kind of part of connecting casings and wellheads. It is used to support the weight of technical casing and intermediate casing and seal the annular space between the casings, which provides a transition joint for the installation of the tubing head, Christmas tree and other wellheads. The two-side-outlet design allows the casing head to supply cement, monitor and control well’s sinking, and inject balance liquids etc.
   The casing head produced by our company has a standard configuration, which accepts the casing hangers produced by our company. These casing hangers can be available in different sizes according to the casing procedure and the change of well head condition. The top flange of the casing head is in accordance with the requirements of API type 6B or BX flange.

2) Tubing Head Description:
Tubing Head is installed on the upper of surface casing string, and used to fix the drilled wellhead, connect the down hole casing string and reliably seal and control the annular space between drill pipe and casing. It is the most important equipment to connect casing and BOP, oil and gas production well head, which consists of tubing spool, gate valve, tubing hanger, ring gasket, pressure gauge etc.
 
Tubing head is usually a spool with both flanged ends. It is set on the top flange of casing head to hang tubing hanger and seal the annular space between the tubing string and intermediate casing, consisting of tubing head spool and tubing hanger.
 
Functions
1) Hang the tubing string inside well;
2) Seal the annular space between tubing and casing;
3) Give a crossover to connect casing head downwards and x'mas tree upwards;
4) The tubing head spool is provided with both side outlets for injection and well clean-up operations
Features:
1. Tubing head is an equipment attached to the casing spool used to hang the tubing (smallest casing string) and seal the annulus between the tubing and casing. It is mainly consisted with tubing spool, tubing hanger, lockdown screw parts etc.
2. Sealing type can be rubber seal and metal seal.
3. On the bottom of casing head, designed with injection valve and test pressure valve, in order to injection sealing grease and do pressure testing on the sealing system.
