Description

NEO^TM series mechanical self-cleaning filter automatically clear the particulate impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge through efficient mechanical scraping, and automatically exhaust high impurity concentration liquid collected from chamber through the PLC Time-Pressure-Difference control. The exhausted liquid can be discharged or recycled.
 
According to the application conditions required NEO^TM series provide three sub-models:
W type: Outside scraping type, which scrapes off the impurities from outer surface of the filter cartridge driven by a motor - reducer drive.
N type: Internal scraping type, which scrapes off the impurities from the inner surface of the filter cartridge.
D type: Cylinder type, which scrapes the impurities from the inner surface of filter cartridge with an axial moving ring scraper.   
 
NEO^TM filter is the new generation mechanical self-cleaning filtration system developed by Sunrise by integrating high class technology in filtration industry. A NEO^TM filter device can perform filtering work continually in client’s production line without replacing the filtering element, and produces no waste materials. It fits widely in water filtration, various chemical solvent, acid and alkali liquid, polymers, coatings and other viscous materials. It has been proved as an efficient, stable and reliable filtration device.
 
NEO^TM filters can handle filtration requirement in the range from *0 to ***0 um, and handle up to **0,**0 CPs of liquid viscosity. It effectively solves the problem of frequent replacement of cartridge, eliminate the material waste and consumption cost which are often seen in using traditional filters. It is the ideal replacement to traditional filters including cartridge-type, bag type, basket type and vibrating screen type filters.
