Refractory Anhydrous Stemming (Taphole Clay)
Stemming is one kinds of refractory material used for block the
taphole,it is devided into enhydrous Stemming and anhydrous
stemming .
1.Enhydrous stemming used for low pressure,low degree of
intensive smelting for small and medium blast-furnace.
2.Anhydrous stemming used for high pressure,high degree of
intensive smelting for medium and big blast-furnace.
Taphole Clay/ Anhydrous Stemming Advantages:
1.High strength ,ensure the blast furnace in stable
condition,in order to make the blast furnace have increase
production rate.
2.Strong slag resistance ,low consumption ,one fifth of enhydrous
stemming.
3.Has a certain expansion performance,have suitable airhole ratio
