Description

 Teeth roll unloading machine is applied to the industries of metallurgy & iron making, and it is also one of the core parts of the equipment for pellets. The materials enter into teeth roll unloading machine after the roasting process by the shaft furnace. The three functions of it include supporting stock column, crushing chunks, as well as discharging and unloading materials.
Teeth roll unloading machine is composed of hydraulic driving system, pill rod, sealing devices, teeth rollers, base and ratchet mechanism, etc.
During the cooling process after the roasting of pellets, the bottom parts of shaft furnace are separated by teeth rollers which support the stock column and crush chunks to make stock column porous and cold air easy into shaft furnace to cool down the materials.
