I. Belief Introduction
This series Spot Projection Welder is specially designed for the spot welding of bear retainer. It can also be used for the spot welding of other workpiece after changing the electrodes.
The upper electrode of the welder is water-cooling electrode, and different electrode heads will be installed for the different workpieces. The lower electrode is made of copper steel plate, whose size will be determined by the welding workpiece. The welding area has three extent directions, which can fit the workpiece very well and operate easily. The high quality box material, strong intensity and excellent stability of the machine ensure the good welding quality. This Spot Projection Welder equips special resistance welding controller, which is able to set each period time of the welding program. The welding heat can be adjusted between *0%~**0%, which can compensate the power network voltage fluctuation. This Spot Projection Welding Machine also has the select function between single spot welding and consecutive welding.
