UPHOLSTERY MATERIALS

Upholstery materials produced by Sanwil Polska can be used for any kind of ‘soft’ furniture like sofas, armchairs or chairs and office chairs. The company has its own metrological laboratory where all products are subject to several strength tests typical of upholstery materials. Our products are tested not only at the project stage or after the production, but also at particular production processes (intra-production tests).
 

MEDICAL MATERIALS

Medical materials are designed for hospital and rehabilitation equipment producers. Those products are used for anti-bedsore matterace covers, hygienic covers, rehabilitation equipment or upholstery for soft furniture used in hospitals.
Medical materials do not cause allergies as they are biostatic. They have high waterproofness and steam permeability parameters (they are breathable), which give you the feeling of comfort.

 

SPECIALIST MATERIALS

Sanwil focuses mainly on the following three  groups of products:

• technical materials (among others tarpaulins, compact foils and foam foils, heat insulations - foils laminated with PU foam),
• materials used for breathable clothes with a steam-permeable membrane – Sawitex,
• materials for protective clothing (working overalls, aprons used in food and chemical industry, waterproof and anti-ESD clothing and others).

 

SHOE MATERIALS

Sanwil Polska produces materials used both for summer and winter shoes. Our products are suitable for shoes made by direct injection method, PU run or in a traditional way. We also produce fur for winter shoes, both made from synthetic fur knitwear and natural wool. We specialize in the production of a three-layer laminated winter shoe material (outer material + PU foam + fur knitwear).
