Description

The mini vibrator is used as a vibrator on containers for bulk materials. The vibratory
motions necessary, are generated by a vibrating weight

 

Operation:
The mini vibrator is an alternating current oscillation drive with permanent magnetic bias,
where the dynamic effect of an electromagnetic alternating field on the rotor shaft creates
an oscillating motion.
Due to the connection of the control type WS between mains supply and mini vibrator the
amplitude can be continuously adjusted during operation.

The mini vibrator is joint solid with its connecting flange to the container and transmitts its
vibratory motion on it. The container is either suspended or elastically setup via spring
elements.
Due to the relation of the container weight and the counterweight on the mini vibrator
different amplitudes occur during operation.

Working principle:

Produce by German technology.

Working principle: use mutual attraction between the pulse electromagnetic force (of the electric coil and magnet) and rotor’s iron core, make the spring deforming and store the energy. Then release the energy when current circulates. Use AC frequency as reciprocating straight vibration.
