General Introduction:
Our ring die pellet mill mainly used for pressing combustible materials such as sawdust, straw, ago-wastes, grass into pellets.
It adopts professional forced feeder, strengthened transmission parts, dedicated ring die, press roll and hoop.
The machine is usually equipped with 8mm and *0mm ring dies, because the 8mm and *0mm diameters pellets are more favorable for combustion. Ring dies with other bore diameters can also be equipped according to different demands of users.
The machine adopts variable-frequency and variable-speed motor for feeding and is equipped with overload protection device, external discharge mechanism and pressurization oil pump lubrication system.
Main features of the product:
1. The feeder’s special structure makes materials conveyed evenly, it is specially designed for pellet of light substance with the density of 0.**0.6g/ cm3
2. Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life
3. It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production
4. Feeder is with a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs requirements
5. It makes gear directly-connecting as the driver, and is with quick-release die fixed by clamps, which can increase the output *5% more than the same type machine with belt-convey
Working process of the product:
The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, once the user connects it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into the pellet machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.
Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.
