Reference as official buyer/client will be offer by this major to any buyer to secure further deal. To finalize and sign any contract, an appointment will be offer directly with the board\'s directors of one of the biggest major russian refinery. This is an real opportunity for RWA buyers only. 
This refinery will only take in consideration offer comply with their procedure. No other procedures will be considerate. Proof of Intention > contract signed in Moscow > Prices, Quantities, Discount negociate on site> Fees of facilitator negociate on site.
