The primary features are as follows:

Bright, vibrant and clean colors

Superior fastness properties

Excellent release properties giving superb transfer definition and color

Reliable printer performance

Industry leading warranty

Excellent outline definition

SUBSTRATES:

Polyester and polyamide fabrics

Spandexâ„¢

Lycraâ„¢

Mixed synthetic fabrics

minimum polyester content *0%

Pre-coated ceramics

metals and plastics

Using so-called "sublimatic inks”, inks that once deposited on media (most of the cases paper), if taken at high temperatures (**0° C)" sublimate "pass from solid to gaseous state without" pass "for the intermediate liquid state, a good analogy might describe this behavior as “an explosion of the ink".
The procedure of transfering it from the paper to the final media (polyester) uses a calender or a press, the aim is to bring the average polyester at a temperature where the fiber is "", becomes soft to allow the ink (transformed into gas) to penetrate through, thanks to the pressure of the press inside the polyester fiber.
When the fiber cool down it incorporates within the pigment of dye.
In practice, instead of simply coloring the surface of polyester fiber (how could be using solvent or UV inks) it get the color inside the media.
The process requires a high chemical affinity between dye and polyester fiber and vice versa because otherwise there would be a lack of penetration, this explains why you can\'t use sublimatic inks for printing on other textile fibers, like cotton wool or silk.
