Size: Weight ranges of between 0.5kgto 1kg (1.1 to 2.2lb). Not less than 3 inches (*6mm) in diameter at the widest section.
Color: Uniformed color, typical of the variety.
Shape: Well shaped to type. Not lopsided or otherwise deformed. Tuber tapered towards the ends
Packing: ****5 kg in mesh bags or carton
Firmness: Does not yield to pressure. Appearance Well trimmed, completely freeform decay, pest damage, diseases, green discoloration, sprouts, bruises, growth cracks and any other defects.
Pre-cooling Method: Room cooling/Forced air cooling/Hydro-cooling
Storage Temperature: *6oC to *8oC (*5% to *5% Relative Humidity)
