OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A contract stipulating terms and condition of these transaction
will be signed between seller and buyer. the gold will be
accompanied with the follow documents
1. Commercial Invoice
2. Certificate of Ownership
3. Bank of Ghana A2 Form
4. Certificate of Origin
Sellers Mandate will accompany the product to buyer's
destination.
Procedure:
Buyer comes down to visit the mines/office where he or she will
inspect the operations and goods. And the interim test will be
conducted on the product by the Ghana Geological Survey
Department.
After buyer is satisfied with the result Then a mandate of the
seller will accompany the buyer to his refinery to witness the
final assay report and see to the full payment of the good for the
seller.
