Introduction of production line:

 

This production line is a special equipment used for produce light angle steel, design as continuous duty, use hot rolled steel strip to roll light angle steel. Because adopt new production technology of cold and hot, it solve the problem such as simple cold-bending angle steel performance index on the low side and boundary dimension is substandard.

 

This production line have some advantage such as economic space occupation, less equipment investment, low energy consumption, automatic control, and easy operation for worker.

 

Process flows:

Uncoiling → Shear & welder → Accumulator→ Flattening → Guiding →Pre bending → Medium frequency heating → Upsetting→ Precision rolling(Forming *0°) → Passivation → Straightening → Cutting →Run out table
