. In the above data Customer No ****3 and ****4 do not appear to be duplicates if only Name and Address is
compared. However, when Date of Birth and Father’s name is selected it appears to be duplicates. Even though the
father’s name is entered differently, the system will detect these as duplicates
. Similary, Customer No ****5 and ****8 appear to be duplicates until we check the Father’s Name where it is clear that
the Father’s Name is distinctly different
. In case of company name, ****1 and ****5 it does not appear as duplicate since the data appears to be different but
the tool detects it since it appears to be some kind of data entry error
. In ****1 and ****5, the data is incomplete since the Address Line 2 is missing
. In ****8 the Address Line 2 is missing and Address Line 1 is written differently, date format for DOB is also different.
