Slush Separator (ZDF)

Description

1. The standard consistency at inlet is 2.**4%. However, the consistency can be raised up to 5%. 
2. The standard inlet pressure and drop pressure are 1.5~3.0kg/cm² & 0.3~0.7kg/cm² , respectively. 
3. The standard diameters of holes on the strainer are 2.5 to 3mm for waste newspaper and magazines and 3.5 to 4.5mm for waste corrugated boards. However the actual size varies according to the machines before and after the separator. 
4. The reject ratio is 3 to 7%, which varies in accordance with the kind of waste paper. 
5. The standard material for the wetted part is SUS**4 or its equivalent.
