THE PROCEDURE , TERMS AND CONDITIONS GIVEN BELOW ARE NON NEGOTIABLE.
ALL DETAILS AND THE ORIGINAL FDR\'s WILL BE PRODUCED ACROSS THE TABLE AFTER RECEIVING THE LETTER OF INTEREST FROM THE BUYER GIVEN BELOW. 
LETTER OF INTEREST SHOULD BE ON BUYERS LETTER HEAD, ADDRESSED TO THE SELLER\'s AUTHORISED SIGNATORY/REPRESENTATIVE.
       This is to state that we are ready, willing and able for outright purchase/buying the 8 HSBC FDR\'s for INR *0,**0 crores. 
BUYER will provide proof of funds which will be a minimum of at least INR *0,**0 crores across the table and the SELLER will show all 8 (eight) original FDR\'s simultaneously. 
Further on both party\'s will sign the mou/imfpa. After verification and confirmation of both \'proof of funds\' and original \'FDR\'s\' genuinity in HSBC BANK is proved, the transaction/transfer for the same will be effected immediately and simultaneously.
The entire transaction to be concluded within 3 working days maximum.
If you are in agreement and the offer is still open , then kindly confirm the same, so we can confirm the dates of our availability to meet in Delhi at the earliest.
