Description
Chickpeas are passed through a process of selection that separates
the calibers, then go to vibratory machine that works with specific
gravity and separates grains of the same caliber but they are
damaged inside or iced and the specific gravity of the grain is not
the correct one. Finally chickpeas are passed through an electronic
selection process that ensures a standard color quality, and where
stained grains, or grains that not match with standard color will
be separated.
