EPS block production line

 

EPS block molding machine mainly includes three parts:

 

1.EPS pre-expander: it is used in first foam for polystyrene material which has deat with the foaming agent (just is pre-foam)

 

2.EPS block molding machine:it is the large and special machine for producing the expandable polystyrene foam block

 

3.EPS sheet metal cutting machine:it is used to cut complax shapes of EPS products.

A.EPS pre-expander 

 

1.This machine adopts PLC programmable controller and touching screen to carry out automatic production from feeding, temperature control, ration pressurizing and feeding.

 

2.Top-grade sealing foaming with constant pressure, high thermal efficiency, save *0% steam or above than continuous foaming machine

 

3.Adopt high-precision imported pneumatic control valve so that temperature can be controlled at ±1%, EPS grains are at same level with low water content.

 

4.Correct feeding method can assure even density

B.EPS wind cooling automatic plate molding machine (PSB********0)

 

 1.It is welded by high-quality shape steel and treated in an effective way which can bring a high strength, non-deformation and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products.

 

2. The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automatic mould opening ,mould closing ,material feeding ,steaming ,temperature keeping ,air cooling ,de-moulding and ejecting;

 

3. The surface of the mould is made of special aluminum ally which can realize a high efficiency of  heat conduction, favorable tensile strength and long service life.

 

4.Adopting advanced moulding technique ,the machine is applicable to produce blocks of high-density and low-density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block     

C.EPS sheet metal cutting machine

 

 1.   Adopt high quality rectangle steel pipe which features in reasonable structure,firm,high intension,without deformation

 

2.  Equip with horizontal,vertical and block equipment.

 

3.   Stable movement,precise cutting size,adjustable.

 

4.  Realize three direction cutting.
