1.Principal axis and blade use stepless speed regulation system for blade speed control and forward / backward control. 

2.Both working table moving and blade forward/back, are controlled by PLC and high precision stepping system, for cutting width, blade forward/back and blade sharpening system controlling.  And it is equipped with high precision ball screw and slide,  long service time, anti abrasion, cutting width accurate to 0.1mm, minimum cutting width 2mm. With stepless speed regulation system, cutting knife move forward steadily and quickly, smart control speed, easy to cut down paper core, high precision, high efficiency, good finishing. 

3.With touch screen operation panel, all functions be operated on one touch panel. It can input 6 kinds different cutting width and cutting times.  And it has automatic / manual option.

4.On manual state, you can do operation with crossed handle, more humanity design ! More convenient, more efficiency. When moving, you can see cutting width showed on screen, so that you can do accurate cutting.

5.This machine equipped with CNC double sides blade sharpening system, computer control grinding wheel forward / back; It can fix position according to blade\'s size, can be done sharpening times and time setting, automatically do sharpening, automatically stop. With diamond grinding wheel, long service time, not easy to go hot, clear and bright blade surface, much more service time than normal quality grinding wheel, blade sharpening without move blade. And together with a device for fabric and track cleaning.

6.Adopt new design, fabric roll feeding or finished tape remove can be finished in only one time.

7.As for electric circuit, each system equipped with their own circuit separately, each electric wire with sign, convenient for machine maintenance, not easy to breakdown.

8.Fabric roll chuck with a cover for protect operator. With engineering plastic chain for protect electric wire not easy to be damaged and aged.
