General Induction of blanking line:
 

• The blanking Lines can do uncoiling, levelling, feeding, press and stacking work.

• It mainly includes uncoiler, leveller, servo feeder, press, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc., the line can make sure of accurate feeding.

• It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating. Servo driven feeds share many of the advantages with the press driven variety, such as minimal space requirement, low maintenance, and high speeds. However, servo feeds also provide benefits that press driven units cannot.
