The JV*****0 has the same print head as the JV5 series which has 8 lines of **0 nozzles (total 1,**0 nozzles). These print heads can increase print speeds by *0% over the JV3 series. Printing signage for up-close viewing can be created at **0 x 1,**0dpi with a print speed of **8sq.ft./h (*1.9m2/h ). Having only one head helps prevent against alignment errors when setting the heads. A symmetric ink arrangement (MCYKKYCM) and newly developed *6 bit rendering function of the standard RIP, allows for enhanced print quality. In addition to pre-print heaters, a post heater has been added to increase drying time of ink on media, allowing for faster uptake of the printed media. The JV*3 series is also equipped with an UISS (uninterrupted ink supply system) for use during the *-print mode. This feature allows the printer to produce large prints (long runs) without worrying about running out of ink.
