ZTAH, ZTHH pump are cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump
that are fit for metallurgy, mine, coal, electric power and
building materials to transport slurry wit strong corrosion and
high concentration. The pumps can be also used by multistage in
series. The pump body has changeable antifriction metal liner or
rubber liner, the impeller is made from antifriction metal or
rubber. Pump body liner and impeller of RTHH are made from
antifriction metal. Shaft glands of RTM, RTAH, RTHH pump can adopt
packing seal or centrifugal seal. Position of disgorge opening in
the pump can be spaced in *5° angel, turn eight different
angles for installation.
Details of centrifugal slurry pump:
Split outer cover plate and frame plate are made of ductile iron or
grey iron, protect the wear liners and provide high operation
pressure capabilities.
1. Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large
diameter shaft and short overhang minimizes deflection and
vibration. Heavy duty roller bearings are adopted with Lithium
white Grease and housed in a removable bearing cartridge. No
leakage, a little maintenance, convenient rotor adjustment.
2.Shaft sleeve let Shaft life longer: A hardened, heavy-duty
corrosion-resistant shaft sleeve with ‘o’ ring seals at both
ends protects the shaft.
3.Wear resistant and anti-abrasion wet parts: The wet parts can be
made of hard metal (****5% Chrome alloy) or pressure molded rubber.
More materials are also available.
4.Easily replaceable liners: Liners are bolted to the casing.
5.Simple maintenance throat-bush: the mating face of the throat
bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
6.Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is
provided below the bearing housing.
7.High efficiency and high head design are also available. The
liners and impellers for high-head pumps are adoptable of hard
metal only.
8.Centrifugal shaft seal, mechanical shaft seal and packing shaft
seal are available.
9.Power source: 3phase,*0Hz or *0Hz
