Vacuum dryer is divided into static and dynamic. FZG series square
static vacuum dryer belongs to static dryer.
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials which often
decompose, polymerize or metamorphose under high temperature. It is
widely used in the field of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and
electronic industry.
Features:
1. Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling
point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation's
efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of
evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer.
2. The heat source for evaporating many be
low-pressure steam or surplus heat steam.
3. The heat of evaporation loss is less.
4. Before drying, the dryer can be disinfected.
During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed.
It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
5. It belongs to static dryer. So the shape of raw
material to be dried cannot be destroyed.
Principle:
To heat and dry raw material under the state of vacuum is called
vacuum drying. It uses vacuum pump to exhaust air and humidity out.
Making the workroom under the vacuum state. The drying rate
increases greatly and energy is saved.
Note: If use condensator, the solvent in raw material can be
recovered. It use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series
hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets, condensator could not be used
and the investments could be saved.
