Green Olives

We have green olives which are harvested from our olive groves in Catamarca, Argentina.  After a carefully selection process according to IOC rules, we can provide a high quality product.

Arauco Type:

This type of olive takes its name form the Arauco Valley, where it has been cultivated since the *7 th. Century. It is characterized by its oval shape, medium size, and strong flavour as a consequence of the high acidity developed during its fermentation.

Packaging:

We ship our olives in bulk packaging.   It can be in plastic buckets of *0 lts up to **0 lts plastic barrels.
