SL-series cooling-water cycling temperature control devices can provide temperature-adjustable circulating cooling water for equipment of users, which is used for cooling various mechanical devices, such as injection molding machine, welding machine, laser machine and slow-feeding wire-cutting machine, and can be used as the indirect cooling oil for refrigerant of tubular oil coolers. There are three types of SL-series cooling-water cycling temperature control device for users to choose.

SL type: It consists of cooling compressor, air-cooled condenser, stainless steel heat exchanger and control elements, without pump and water tank. It is suitable for the host machine of users equipped with the water tank and the pump. Parameters of the pump and the heat exchanger shall be matched, so the users shall submit pump parameters to 4New.

SL T type: It consists of cooling compressor, air-cooled condenser, stainless steel heat exchanger, stainless steel pump, stainless steel water tank and control systems, with completely independent cooling system, water circulating system and control system. It is an intact cooling water supplier. T type machine can be used for a long time after being added with water. It will not be affected by water shortage of the user and can be used easily. Especially for the equipment with higher requirements on water quality, such as laser machine and wire cutting machine, SL   T type machine can be used to add the distilled water or deionized water as the cooling water to protect the host machine from influence of scales and incrustant.

SL TS type: It consists of cooling compressor, water condenser, stainless steel heat exchanger, stainless steel pump, stainless steel water tank and control system, with completely independent cooling system, water circulating system and control system. However, the cooling system adopts water cooling, so the outline dimension of units with large refrigerating output will not be increased greatly. Of course, TS type machine is only suitable for the places with sufficient water, because the heat discharged by the cooling system shall be taken away by water when the unit is working.
SL control system consists of temperature control, electrical control and water shortage alarm. Flow adjustment and water level indication can be arranged. The temperature control involves fixed set point control, tracking control and digital display. Usually, the temperature control accuracy is ± 4℃ when it is not marked, while the high accuracy is ± 0.1℃ (special ordering). The electrical standard of machine tools (GB***6) is fully implemented for the system, which conforms to the accessory requirements of the machine tool.
