LC-series coolant recycling system of 4New is an independent open system, which includes basic configuration of “recycling, filtration, oil removal, storage, fluid replacement and fluid supply”. Moreover, functional modules such as cutting fluid concentration monitoring, preparation of pure water, real-time deployment, ion sterilization, purification regeneration, etc. can be increased in accordance with users’ needs. The precise filtration, oil and water separation, purification regeneration and proportional dosing are integrated to realize automatic processing and emission-free green operation of cutting fluid. This system can not only help the company to reduce the downtime loss caused by changing the cutting fluid and lower operating costs, but also improve the environmental standards and achieve social benefits of recycling economy, energy saving and emission reduction.

The whole system is composed of a set of cutting fluid recycling station and a matched movable cutting fluid suction truck. The movable suction truck is used to extract dirty liquid from cutting fluid tank of the machine tool and transfer dirty liquid to the station, and then store it in the clean liquid tank after filtering and degreasing. If necessary, clean cutting fluid can be transferred to the cutting fluid tank of the machine tool by a movable delivery wagon. The system can realize integrated treatment of cutting fluid offline by “recycling, filtration, oil removal, storage, fluid replacement and fluid supply”.

The cutting fluid suction truck consists of dirty liquid storage cylinder, clean liquid storage tank, stainless steel strainer, air pump, liquid supply pump, suction hose and electric cabinet, etc.

The cutting fluid recycling station is mainly composed of bag precision filter, oil and water separation device, anti-corrosion purification device, etc., to provide users with clean and available recycling liquid.
