Description

The Pre-Coat Filtration system is suit for grinding oil or coolant. The pump delivers cellulose mixed oil to the pre-coat vessel to make a filter layer on the filter pipes. The contaminated oil through the filter layer and returns to the clean tank, and then be cooled and feed to machine tools by feed pump.
The solids retained on the filter layer surface form a filter cake. As the filter cake deepens, the pressure drop across the filter layer reaches a preselected set point, the automatic back flush cycle is started. The dirty cake is discharged to a dry to remove the oil and the sludge become very dry cake.
The filter pipe will be pre-coated again to start next filter cycle.
