Double Wire Fence(manufactory)

 

Double wire mesh fence is a robust form of fencing now often used in and around schools,colleges and commercial properties.It is often called **8 or **6 mesh(this being the size of the horizontal and vertical wires).It has two horizontal wire and one vertical wire forming a **0**0mm mesh.Heights vary from 1m to 6m high.

It is usually galvanized and powder coated,the standard colours being green or black but can be powder coated in any color.This particular twin wire fence is 2m high and has been erected between a playing field and a play area with a matching set of access gates.

 

 

 

1. Panel

Wire dia:8/6/8mm, 6/5/6mm, 5/6/5mm

Mesh: *0x**0mm is the most often used

Size: height **0mm****0mm, width 2m, 2.5m, 3.0m

Surface Treatment: hot dip galvanized, electro galvanized+pvc spraying coated, electro galvanized+pvc dipped coated

 

2. Post: with plastic caps or roofing rainhat
Square Post (*0**0mm*1.5/2.0mm, *0**0mm*1.5/2mm), Rectangular Post (*0x*0mm, *0x*0x2.5mm, *0x**0x3mm), Peach shape post(*0x*0mmx1.2mm, *0x**0x1.2mm), Round post(*8mm, *0mm, 1.5/2.0/2.5mm thickness)

The finished surface usually is electro galvanized+powder coating

 

3. Fastenings:
The panels and posts can be jointed together with bolts or rivets, using the steel flat bar, or special steel clamps, all nuts are self-locking. Or with plastic M clamps, square clamp, circular clamp for square post, without any clamp for peach shape post.
